Very comfortable and quick

 

I had one of these for over 2 years and it finally died. Don't blame the device, I have cats who tug on it all the time, and eventually one pulled the solder joints apart inside. I'm getting a new one; tried an in-ear headset and it is a pain to put on...

This headset is comfortable to wear for well over an hour. I have had no such luck with the ones that clip to your ears. It's a shame that over-the-head headsets are so hard to find now ; The other big advantage with this one is how easy it is to put...

The mute, as previously said, is a button not a switch. Most phones have their own mutes anyway ; The cord isn't all that long, nor is it the coiled kind that stretches. I bought an extension and it's great

Do Not Buy This Phone

 

We've experienced the same issue others have documented. The phone can be fully charged but while talking it will die. Sometimes it will be dead when we pick it up to make a call after it's been charging overnight. We have to go get the other handset...
