I like the picture caller id and the customization option- similar to a cell phone.

no battery life... and overall not so impressive.

The phone has a lot of features

Lousy quality and very poor technical support and service.

Multiple handset, paging system, able to delete all of caller id at same time.

Very hard to hear other party even with volume high.
