Works great through A/V cabinet

Had to enclose our Yamaha A/V Receiver in the bottom drawer of our new cabinet. The distance is 10-12 feet away from our seating area. Works great, just aim the remote at the top of the TV and viola. I also added an exhaust fan at the back to keep the...

Dont waste your money on this

This does not work at all with my Scientific Atlanta DVR STB from Brighthouse. I have place the second receiver/trasmitter right in front of the DVR box and it still does not work. But it does however receive and send random signals to our DVR box...

Controls Comcast DVR on its own

These remote extenders would randomly change channels, cancel (and one time even scheduled) a show's recording on our Comcast DVR all on its own. It was extremely frustrating to sit down to watch your favorite shows only to have to fight for control of...

WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT!

I purchased the extender to control my blue ray and auto system located in my den from my TV room. The device works flawlessly. I just hooked it as instructed and my equipment worked as if I was pointing my remote directly at them. Great product, it...

Susceptible to interference from LCD

Interference from 40" LCD HDTV reflecting off opposite wall of room makes this extender non-responsive for about 5 minutes after HDTV turned on. Works OK after 5 minutes, but waiting that long isn't practical. Also, attaching the IR Repeater disables...
