My only real con is not knowing which cables and kinds of speakers would be required. I couldn't just take it out of the box and set it up

Easy set up, very good sound, plenty of power, tremendous value

For the price I paid, it seemed like a great deal, 4 HDMI in and 165 watts per channel

Didn't work! Wouldn't pick up audio or video from my cable box, and sound kept cutting out every 5 seconds using my Blu-ray player as a source. Was this why they were selling them so cheap? Denon tech help was arrogant and useless
