dont play video games, they rot your brains. but if you did want to play video games and rot your brains, youll want to throw a video card in it. if you want a big beefy video card, youll need to upgrade power supply too.

Good little machine, gets you in the door cheap, then upgrade it till the doors fall off. Not everyone can afford a juiced out machine. I got this machine for Adobe After Effects, and Premier Pro. It was a huge upgrade over a computer that was about 5...

dont even think about overclocking this machine. its a business machine

more than satisfied

 

Having this unit for more than 2 months now. I really can say this is a heck of a nice computer. no any issue so far and I installed a set of free antivirus/antispyware packages available for free on-line and all of them work fine with this computer....

I might upgrade the vcard later but will need to upgard the power supply as well, because it's only 300W

HP provides excellent warranty service and Newegg's been well known at its customer service, so, will definitely recommond to buy this unit through Newegg, especially my Dad... shouldn't be any risk.

Update of supposed hard drive problem

 

I have read negative reviews about this machine before which are not on here anymore due to repricing machine I guess. Anyway, what I kept reading was that everyone was told it was a hard drive issue (because to be fair, the diagnostic message points...

Same as before except I asked newegg for a replacement machine this time instead of trying to get HP support to fix it. So far, this working....read Cons and Other Thoughts section for more details

Ok, to follow up on my previous review, I replaced the hard drive as per HP instructions and their enclosed hard drive, loaded W7 from recovery disks supplied by HP, and the machine ran 1.5 HOURS before blue screen occured. Called newegg this time and...

Excellent Computer

 

Becides that it's great at playing videos. Obviously not meant for gaming, I'm not a gamer so it doesn't bother me. But you can always add a full height video card if you wanted.

Excellent computer with very good specs at a somewhat budget price. Design is nice as well even though it's pretty much unchanged from last year

None so far. Wish it was smaller? I knew it was a mid-case anyway and it's actually a decent size for all the extra upgrade options ; And people who blame a hard drive failure on HP and down rank a great PC because "The computer failed". It's a hard...

Quiet, fast, Windows 7 OK but I prefer XP, quick shipment

Windows partition part of Hard Drive (D:) corrupted within 1.5 weeks. Had one major crash about 3 days before that. Outlook 2000 and Microsoft PhotoIt 2002 don't work under Windows 7

bought hp p6330f last feb. when it was on sale . also new monitor. fired right up with no problems at all. fast and did everthing i wanted. for about 100.00 i upgraded to 500 psu ,nivida gt 430 vidieo card, and 2 gb more of ram. went from good computer...
