Lasted a year

 

It was cheap and it played files via USB

does not have Internet, stopped working in less than a year. it simply wont start up anymore, gets stuck on boot screen.

dead on day 32 too late for return

 

too bad was nice picture when worked

2 days too late to return.the motor vibrates at such a terrible noise i looked out window thinking was construction work.too loud to even use.even at 39.00 which it was when i paid obviously 39 too much.Should of known just can't get a blue ray that...

great little blu ray player

 

I have lots of bills :( if it wasn't for this refurbish i wouldn't have got a blu ray.glad i took the chance on it.It is very small/compact more than i thought would be.

price of course.I found not a tiny scratch on it.plays blu rays and dvds just fine.

well i have to choose music,photo or movie right away from a data disk can't just view all folders at once.same with usb.very laggy about exiting too.no batteries came with.The instruction maunual is a joke but if kinda tech savy you'll not need it.

Fantastic player

 

I bought this on sale from newegg for 35 bucks, what a deal ! After reading the reviews I'll admit I was a little hesitant, but I'm sure glad I went for it. The DVD up conversion is GREAT, (at least the dvd's I tried). I found no need to update the...

Lowest price Blu-Ray player around!

 

I bought two of these. One had two slight dents on the top of the enclosure. Both work well, so for the price paid, I am very happy and would buy again. Prior to receiving these, I downloaded the firmware update from LG's USA website, put it on a flash...

• small, compact size • plays many different blu-ray/DVD/audio CD formats • USB port for digital content and software updates via flash drives • intuitive menu system • compact remote which controls the TV also • great price at $29.99

• no major cons, other than these refurbished units show some sign of use, which isn't all that surprising. But they are working well.

superb media player including BR data discs

 

Highly recommended, especially if you have media to view on Blu-ray data discs. I cannot tell why they called these refurbs... probably returned to LG because of firmware issues, then they just fixed up the issue and now selling them for a song! Grab...

plays Blu-Ray and DVDs well, with no difference seen between this player and $130-$150 players on my main home entertainment system (7.2 Yamaha/Polk setup on 54" Panasonic plasma), but it really shines in its flexibility to play media from USB drives...

I have not upgraded the firmware, out of fear something bad might happen (as read in other reviews). Not much of a con, because I haven't noticed any missing or flawed functionality, but it does tend to make one wonder. Or maybe I'm just naturally...

Not worth the money

 

Even for $35, this unit isn't worth it. My Samsung I sold when I bought this one was MUCH better.

Small form factor, runs cool and quiet.

Very poor quality overall. Buggy firmware, handles different disks with a high disparity, inconsistent. Plays some disks so poorly the picture is grainy and very poor. The remote is a piece of junk.

NO HDMI CABLE

 

How am I suppost to hook this thing up to my TV? It's not like we all have spare HDMI cables laying around. Well, now I gotta wait another few days for an HDMI cable to come in the mail.

it was affordible and cheap.

it wont connect to a non hdmi tv witch i dont like i tryed hooking up to my tv and it wouldnt work i wish i knew how i even orderd a specal cable for it and still nothing.

Didn't work out...too many problems. Don't waste your time, energy or money.

 

Bought this refurbished for a second bedroom. I have yet to get through an entire BD or DVD without it freezing. Tried DVDs I've had for a while, tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were scratched. I knew there was real trouble when...
