Magellan Maestro 5310

The Magellan Maestro 5310 adds 35 percent more viewing area on its screen to make viewing maps a snap.

Large, 5-inch screen. AAA TourBook and roadside assistance location. Multisegment routing. Traffic receiver integrated into the case.

Top-of-the-line model, but lacks Bluetooth phone interface and voice commands found on less expensive Maestros. No auto-zoom or auto-volume.

With an active route, the map view shows you the distance to your next turn and the name of the street for your next turn. On the lower-right corner of the screen, the data field toggles between remaining time, remaining distance, and estimated time of...

Review: Magellan Maestro 5310 GPS

Have you ever gone somewhere new and gotten lost? Or have you had to print out pages and pages of maps just so you know where you are going? With the Magellan Maestro 5310 you won't have to worry about getting lost or printing maps anymore.

I can definitely recommend this GPS to anyone looking for a device like this. The maps are the best of any GPS I have reviewed. The only problem I have is the price. When I think of a GPS I imagine something that will cost between $200 and $300;...

Magellan Maestro 5310 review

The Magellan Maestro 5310 is Magellan's first GPS with a 5" screen. It has preloaded maps of the U.S. and Canada, six million POIs and text-to-speech, so you'll hear "approaching right turn, Maple Street" instead of just "approaching right turn."

Review: Magellan Maestro 5310

The first thing you'll notice when firing up the Magellan 5310 - after the annoying "Keep your eyes on the road" screen - is its simple and intuitive Main Menu. It's actually so simple that even your grandparents should be able to get started. When...

One final feature that's worth mentioning is the Maestro's trip planner. In addition to letting you input multiple destinations, the 5310 has a route optimization engine which can re-order that list so you make the best overall time

This device was a life saver moving into a new city. My wife literally would not have left the house without me until we purchased this GPS. It doesn't have the best features out there, but it was easy to use right out of the box. It was a good thing...

Great unit, Great value!

I can't say enough about this unit..  I've had a number of GPS, so I can easily say that this is the best GPS I've had.  The screen size alone makes it much easier to use.  It's so much more intuitive and a lot more accurate than what I've experienced...

The only way to go!

I just got this GPS - and given this is my 3rd in 2 years I can say it is by far the best.  The 5" screen size is AWESOME.. It really is much easier to use than other models, the AAA is a great feature and the traffic alerts are a life saver (traffic...
